Collaborate with industry & MOHE under the MOHE-CAP Generator Program by blending the industry's "Internal" method in identifying future talent from the university by identifying young talent that meets the needs of the industry in the country and aboard. 

This special program will be beneficial in ensuring UPM's talent is maximized and has industry experience and expectations, planning for the future by identifying young talent.

Eventually, graduates will be matched for employment based on academic skills & industry experience.
