CEO@PTJ 2.0

CEO@PTJ 2.0 is a phase expansion program from UPM's CEO@PTJ program which focuses on the application of leadership elements at the university level among young academics in preparing themselves as leaders who will lead the top management of the university in the future.

These academics were selected from UPM's Responsibility Center (PTJ) and were placed in the CEO@PTJ organization for six (6) months to provide the opportunity to follow and learn the operation of a company as well as deepen the knowledge of CEO leadership.

The objectives of CEO@PTJ 2.0 are as follows:

• Provide an industry exposure platform for young lecturers;
• Gaining experience and knowledge through personal guidance from the CEO and top leadership of industry-related companies;
• Play an inclusive and comprehensive role in driving high-impact industry and university collaboration; and
• Expanding experience in the industry by fostering the value of efficient work ethics to other lecturers as well as strengthening the work culture at the university towards corporate excellence.

This program is an industry transfer program for six (6) months at CEO@PTJ's company and premises.

Applications to participate in this program are open to all relevant young PTJ UPM lecturers aged 30 to 40 years with a doctoral degree (PhD).
