CEO@FACULTY 2.0

CFP 2.0 is a phase expansion program from the CFP 1.0 program that focuses on the application of leadership elements at the university level among young academics in preparing themselves as leaders who will lead the top management of the university in the future.

These academies are selected from the Public universities and placed in the CEO organization for six (6) months to provide an opportunity to follow and learn the operation of a company as well as deepen the knowledge of CEO leadership.

The objectives of CFP 2.0 are as follows:

1. Provide an industry exposure platform to young lecturers;
2. Gain experience and knowledge through personal guidance from the CEO and top leadership of industry attachment companies;
3. Play an inclusive and comprehensive role in driving high-impact industry and university collaborations; and
4. Disseminate experience in the industry by inculcating the value of efficient work ethic to other lecturers as well as strengthening the work culture at the university towards corporate excellence.

This program is an attachment program in the industry for six (6) months in various companies in Malaysia including Government Linked Company (GLC), Multinational Company (MNC), and private companies.

Applications to participate in this program are open to all young public university lecturers aged 30 to 40 years with a doctoral degree (PhD).

Placement of candidates in 2022, candidates will be placed with the CEO of:

1. Sime Darby Plantation Berhad
2. Felcra Berhad
3. Boustead Holding Berhad
4. KSU Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (MAFI)

 

Young lecturers and officers of the Management and Professional Group (Grade 48 and above), can apply through the link attached:
