MOHE Research and Industry-Infused Incubation (MRI3)

The Ministry of Higher Education Research Incubator and Industry Absorption (MRI3) is introduced to develop talents with 'sharp-skill' and 'smart-skill' knowledge and capabilities that meet the needs of the E&E (Electrical and Electronics) industry. This initiative encompasses talent development from undergraduate to postgraduate levels.

The MRI3 program aims to ensure 'Job Guarantee' in Graduate Employability (GE) by providing highly skilled talents that meet industry requirements, with a guaranteed minimum premium salary of RM4,000.

Through this program, students will undergo industrial training and industry-based final year projects (FYP), allowing them to use the same equipment and software utilized by the industry itself.

Through thisMRI3 portal:

• industry partners can register and advertise the number of available industrial training placements, list the focus areas for final year projects, and screen students.
• students can upload their resumes and apply via the MRI3 portal, where the list of students and supervisors is also stored.
