Being a liaison and facilitator of networking between industries - universities are the CiRNeT UPM's core business including:
- Development of the Industry Centre of Excellence (ICoE) on campus, by focusing on high impact projects (research, teaching/learning, industrial engagement, international internship, industrial grants, and income generation);
- Human resource development (upskilling) for students and staff (domestic and international attachment);
- KPI data Analysis for each quarter;
- Assist in income generation and industry project (service center) for the industry –community programs;
- Manage the Industry-Community Relations Intelligent System (iCRIS);
- Strengthening Industrial Collaboration in Agriculture
