Industry & Community Management Systems (ICMS) [for PTJ's PYB JINM only]

INTRODUCTION

The Industry and Community Management System (ICMS) is an integrated platform designed for quarterly reviewing and reporting on UPM's network collaborations with industry partners and the community.

REPORTING REVIEW FOR INDUSTRIAL NETWORKS

Reporting for industry networks is collected on a quarterly basis:

• First Quarter: March
• Second Quarter: June
• Third Quarter: September
• Fourth Quarter: December

 

Analysis and reporting make full use of the ICMS Database System (Industry & Community Management System). The database can be accessed by PTJ's PYB JINM only through the following URL;

http://icms.upm.edu.my/

 

To ensure that the PTJ industry network report is processed completely, PTJ is requested to implement the following actions:

1. Entry of JINM activity records by the Project Leader into the JINM Scope HiStaf System before or on 30 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 30 December;
2. Review by JINM PTJ Secretariat through ICMS System (icms.upm.edu.my) before or on 30 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 30 December;
3. Confirmation by the Head of PTJ through the ICMS System (icms.upm.edu.my) before or on30 March, 30 June, 30 September, and 30 December.
