Star Rating

The purpose of the Industrial Relations Star Rating System developed is to monitor and evaluate the quality of cooperation activities between the industry and UPM to create a relationship that produces a high impact.

This Rating System has five (5) stars based on the dimensions of cooperation carried out as well as the value of cash/in-kind earned. A total of five (5) dimensions of cooperation have been identified, namely:

Each industry will be given a star based on the dimensions of cooperation carried out as well as the cash value/in-kind earned. One dimension that has been run will receive one star.

 

METHOD OF IMPLEMENTING THE STAR RATING SYSTEM

the implementation of the Industrial Relations Star Rating System began in 2013. Each academy was required to complete the ICRIS System and complete activity details as well as upload supporting documents for verification by their respective PTJs.
