Industry Relations Evaluation

Evaluation of industrial relations is a crucial step in ensuring the effectiveness of collaboration, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and implementing continuous improvements.

At Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), this evaluation is carried out systematically through:

• Field Monitoring – Periodic inspections at project locations to ensure activities are running according to plan.
• Quarterly Reporting – Each industry networking activity is reported according to schedule to support the calculation of university KPIs and the assessment of its impact.

The results of this evaluation process serve as a crucial reference for strengthening industry engagement strategies, ensuring project sustainability, and driving UPM’s achievement as a preferred industry partner.
