May 8, 2024, Puchong - The Centre for Industrial Relation and Network (CiRNeT), Universiti Putra Malaysia, in collaboration with the IPR@UPM team, organized a Team Building program for staff members at the Sultan Idris Shah Forestry Education Center (SISFEC).

The program involved 15 participants and was facilitated by a second-year student majoring in Bachelor of Science in Parks and Recreation from the Faculty of Forestry and Environment, UPM.

The objectives of this team building initiative were to:

• Enhance cooperation and communication among staff members.
• Foster leadership skills and self-confidence.
• Promote teamwork and boost employee morale.

Activities included treasure hunts, water confidence exercises, leadership training, skills training following instructions, and games such as "broken radio" and group cheers. Participants thoroughly enjoyed the activities and expressed hope for similar events in the future.
