April 2, 2024, Kuala Lumpur - The Centre for Industry Relations and Networks (CiRNeT), representing Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), attended a roundtable discussion with industry players organized by the Government-Industry TVET Coordination Body (GITC). The session focused on the 'next steps' for industry-driven Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in Malaysia, as well as human capital development, particularly in relation to skill requirements and workforce needs. CiRNeT's attendance on behalf of UPM signifies the university's commitment to strengthening ties with the industry through technical and vocational education (TVET).
