August 1, 2024, UPM - The Centre for Industry Relations and Networks (CiRNeT) held a ceremony to present the appointment letter for the CEO@PTJ program for the 2024-2025 session to Dr. Qing Zhang, CEO of Sichuan Ludong Construction Engineering Co. Ltd. This appointment, effective from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, marks a significant step in fostering stronger ties between Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and the industry.

Through this initiative, CiRNeT aims to bridge the gap between academia and industry by facilitating knowledge sharing between university students, lecturers, and industry leaders. The program is also expected to enhance educational development, ensuring learning outcomes and criteria meet current industry demands.
