16 January 2024, Serdang -The preliminary discussion session between the Centre for Industry Relations and Networks (CiRNeT), Pusat Pertanian Putra, and AgBiotech, Malaysian Bioeconomy Development Corporation Sdn Bhd, Menara Atlan aimed to explore collaboration potential in supporting the IPR-INTAN UPM Program, particularly in the field of biotechnology.
The discussion also focused on their role in achieving the success of the program and assessing potential income and job opportunities through collaborative activities between UPM and industry players. This effort is expected to provide benefits in line with industry needs, align with the National Biotechnology Policy and National Agrofood Policy, and contribute to the sustainable preservation of ecosystems, especially in the IPR INTAN UPM project.
