13 Oct 2023, Bandar Hilir- In a significant contribution to the advancement of occupational safety, Prof Dr Shamsul Bahri Md Tamrin, the director of the Centre for Industrial Relations and Networks (CiRNeT), participated in a health hazard control workshop for the plastic manufacturing sector. The workshop took place from October 11 to 12 in Melaka, Malaysia. Prof Dr Shamsul Bahri Md Tamrin shared valuable insights and conducted training on health hazard management and control for a total of 60 industry representatives from the plastic manufacturing sector.

This initiative underscores CiRNeT's proactive approach to enhancing safety and health awareness in vital industries such as plastic manufacturing. The collaboration of knowledge and experience aimed to have a positive impact on the industry, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
